Refund and credit policy

Grace Technologies is committed to being easy-to-do-business with, we value your business and are committed to ensuring satisfaction with every purchase. If you would like to request a return, please see our policy below and reach out to sales@gracetechnologies.com.

• Product returns are eligible for return up to 2 years from date of purchase.
• All returns require a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") issued by the seller prior to the return of material. Grace Technologies reserves the right to refuse returns on products that were custom made for a particular application.
• Restock fees may apply and will be determined by the amount of time which has elapsed since the product was purchased.
• Product returns will be issued in the form of a credit to your account. Credits must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date. 
• eCommerce orders will be refunded to the original form of payment. 
• Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective.
