About GracePESDs

Grace's Permanent electrical safety devices (PESDs) work to address common Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedural and implementation issues, such as user error. When properly incorporated into a facilities LOTO procedure, PESDs inherently reduce risk by providing a safer and more productive method for verifiying energy isolation.

The redundant LED voltage indicators, high-impedence protected portals and combination units are hardwired to voltage sources enabling personnel contract with hazardous energy. The addition of PESDs to your facilities maintenance program will take you beyond the minimum compliance with NFPA 70e and OSHA energy isolation principles.

P-S10S21-M3RX_0012

Voltage test station

Combines our Safe-Test Point and Voltage Indicator inside a UL type protective housing enclosure.

R-3W2_001

Voltage indicator

Self-Powered, UL Listed and Permanently installed device that provides visual representation of presence of voltage with flashing or non-flashing, redundant LED lights.

R-1VH003

Medium voltage indicator

Medium Voltage Indicator that mounts to a medium voltage bus bar and alerts personnel to voltage presence with flashing LEDs. Designed to provide illumination easily seen through a viewing window.

R-T3_001

Voltage portals

Voltage Portal PESDs allow for task qualified maintenance workers to safely and productively perform voltage verification from outside a grounded electrical enclosure.

R-1a0033-NPLPH

Combination Unit PESDs

Combination Units combine our Voltage Indicators and Voltage Portals with custom labels with either a horizontal or flange mount. A task qualified worker can verify the voltage presence and perform a measured test with a Non-Contact Voltage Detector.
