Lead development of manufacturing processes, tooling, and methods for new products with an eye towards making Grace Technologies a world class Industry 4.0 Digital Manufacturer
Advise on Bill of Material (BOM) changes, work orders, and create process documentation in conjunction with Engineering and Production teams
Develop, build and test prototype production products
Provide manufacturing support for Production department to enable and improve production uptime metrics
Design and implement internal qualification, verification systems, and processes to ensure products meet required quality and reliability metrics (ISO 9001/SIL/UL).
Work with Supply Management to track and improve quality of purchased components.
Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of continuous improvement projects across all departments.
Participate in dynamic special projects as assigned and serve as back-up for manufacturing leadership.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Quality, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality engineering role.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical specifications, professional journals, blueprints, engineering change notices and procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and other employees of the organization.
Experience with preparing reports, documentation, and writing programming code.
