Business Development Coordinator

What you will do: 

  • Drive leads from tradeshows and events by implementing a world-class system using outbound calls and emails
  • Collaboratively communicate with customers to understand their technical needs and requirements
  • Schedule and deliver customer engaging sales presentations
  • Own opportunities and action items throughout the sales process and engage local reps and distributors to drive orders
  • Use a CRM tool (Hubspot) to manage interactions with customers and potential customers
  • Experiment and innovate new ways to engage customers and drive sales
  • Organize and represent the company at trade shows

What You'll Need: 

  • 4-year degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or a related field    
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial sales, inside or outside sales
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually
  • Ability to interact with external and internal clients professionally and a strong phone presence
  • Experience utilizing industry-accepted ERP and CRM software/applications
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multilingual is a plus
