A: To insert the fibers, rotate the connectors on the module counterclockwise. Remove the white plastic insert (if present). Insert the fibers until they come to a hard stop. Do not apply excessive force. Secure by rotating fiber retention nuts clockwise. If the LED does not change to green within 60 seconds, reinsert and wait 60 seconds.
