A: No, the Safe Test Point is only sold as a kit. The kits include the Safe Test Point, dust cap, and label and the part numbers are R-3MT-KIT-H and R-3MT-KIT-F. The difference between the two is the “H” has the horizontal R-3MT-LH label and the “F” has the flange or vertical R-3MT-LF label. See below for the label dimensions.
