Q:Why is there an intermittent ground light when the R-3W2 is wired to a transformer?

A: The most common reason for this problem is line noise from the transformer.  What the unit indicates is backed by the corresponding voltage on the monitoring input lines, whether above (illumination) or below (no illumination) the indication threshold voltage level.
