Q: What is the purpose of a circuit breaker on the GracePort?
A: Even though an outlet may be rated for 15 - 20amps, some applications do not necessarily want or need for the full range of amps available to it's user. Therefore it can be limited by having an inline circuit breaker.
Example: The power port is meant for plugging in service laptops and not shop vacuums, which has potential to induce electrical noise through inrush currents into the application.
