      TCSA Statement

      Under the structure of the TSCA regulation, Grace Technologies is a supplier of “articles” to our
      customers. We do not manufacture or supply “substances” or “preparations” and our articles do not involve the “intentional release of substances.” Ergo, we foresee no declaration obligation for the products we supply. Grace Technologies’ articles do not intentionally contain any of the 5 PBT chemicals listed under TSCA section 6(h) declared as per the candidate list released March, 2022.
