Q: Is there a finger safe version of P-R2-M3RA0?

IP20 means you are protected against solid objects up to 12mm, but there is no protection against liquids. The terminal screw and wire openings on the outlet are less than 7mm. The wire openings allow for insulation stripping of 13+ mm while still providing 4mm of insulation inserted into the wire opening below the rear surface of the outlet.  Any concerns of exposed wire should be addressed with your qualified electrician.
