IIoT Field Application Engineer

What you will do: 

  • Collaboratively communicate with customers to understand their technical needs and requirements
  • Provide on-site installation assistance, troubleshooting, and general customer support
  • Work with sales reps to deliver customer engaging sales presentations and pricing proposals 
  • Use a CRM tool (HubSpot) to manage interactions with customers and potential customers
  • Represent the company at trade shows

What You'll Need: 

  • 4-Year Engineering degree
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering, sales, support, maintenance, or controls
  • Basic fundamental understanding of Power Distribution, Industrial Machinery, Industrial Automation, Sensing/Data Acquisition and Computer Networking
  • High degree of independence and ability to efficiently resolve problems 
  • Ability to troubleshoot network and computer issues
  • Ability to travel up to 75% annually
  • Ability to interact professionally with industrial customers
  • Experience utilizing industry-accepted CRM software/applications
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; strong listening and presentation skills
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite
