### IIoT Field Application Engineer

**What you will do: **

- Collaboratively communicate with customers to understand their technical needs and requirements
- Provide on-site installation assistance, troubleshooting, and general customer support
- Work with sales reps to deliver customer engaging sales presentations and pricing proposals 
- Use a CRM tool (HubSpot) to manage interactions with customers and potential customers
- Represent the company at trade shows

**What You'll Need: **

- 4-Year Engineering degree
- 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering, sales, support, maintenance, or controls
- Basic fundamental understanding of Power Distribution, Industrial Machinery, Industrial Automation, Sensing/Data Acquisition and Computer Networking
- High degree of independence and ability to efficiently resolve problems 
- Ability to troubleshoot network and computer issues
- Ability to travel up to 75% annually
- Ability to interact professionally with industrial customers
- Experience utilizing industry-accepted CRM software/applications
- Excellent verbal and written skills; strong listening and presentation skills
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite
